Can Sinus Cause Throat And Upper Body Pain?

I had pain in my sinus and head that started 3 days ago all of a sudden.I went to the e.r to get some antibotics and was given Augmentin,Percocet and Flonase...I am not using the Flonase.I have had the 2 other drugs before so I know I am not allergic to them.when I got home from the hospital I started having pains in my throat on both sides and now my upper body hurts like I am getting the flu....can a sinus infection make your whole body hurt like this? Should I go back to the e.r?

hello, thanks for your query, as such sinusitis can cause head- ache, fever, head heaviness, facial swelling like flu symptoms.. post nasal drip of sinusitis can cause throat pain( sore throat). with ur drugs u can take declofenac+ paracetamol for pain and fever , twice daily for 3 days. steam inhalation to liquify the secretions. all the best. take care.
