Hi thanks for your question. Seminal fluid contains large quantity of fructose along with semen. Both these components are harmless. But since you developed loss of voice following ingestion of semen which means most probably you developed pharyngitis long with laryngitis (infection of pharynx and larynx commonly called as voice box).Most probably this could be due to ingestion of infected semen. Semen which you swallowed most probably were infected. Consult an ENT specialist who may examine you and may provide you appropriate treatment. Hope this answers your question
