Can Seizures Cause Shivering In Hands And Dizziness In A Child?

My daughter while getting ready in the mornings has been experiencing dizziness and her hands shaking uncontrollably to the point that if she is holding something she throws it. She said she has been doing this for about six months and almost every morning. She is 12 years old now but when she was 4 years old stayed in ICU for 3 days due to what they pronounced as seizures. She never had one before that time and has not since but they did tell us that she could have more at any point in her life. Do you think that is what is happening?
