Hi.
As per your case history of rosacea which is a chronic disease.
My treatment advice -
1. Avoid sun-exposure. Use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Avoid cosmetics or other home-remedies. Avoid spicy and fast-foods.
3. Start a metronidazole gel application in evening and clindamycin gel at night on affected part only.

Thanks.
