Can Right Shoulder Injury Cause Numbness In Right Arm And Back Pain?

I believe I pulled my right shoulder blade however I am experiencing numbness in my right arm, pain in my back, shortness of breath and it seems worse immediately after I eat.At first I thought it was just a pulled muscle but now I m not too sure.
