Respected Madam I had sex relation with my boyfriend last two year... Then I had Abortion one week pregnancy.... He avoiding for marriage and me now ….I Feeling that his behave very change…..So I decide that I will be Marriage . Did I want to know that when I have sex relation with my husband first night …..so they will know I had sex relation with someone….? So Our relation may be impaired or break…….? Who I am therefore very concerned …. Please tell me Measure……? what to do I….? Any Medicine Or Any Operation Treatment …..I am very worried Please Help Me Urgent .............

I believe you are worried about your question of virginity.
Hymen is a thin membrane which is present inside your vaginal inlet and when you have sexual intercourse for the first time, most of the women experience a small amount of bleeding.
However there are many different causes why hymen could break without having sex .Eg: vigorous sports, fall or accident, infection , instrument insertion during pelvic examination, tampon insertion etc..
in the modern day since many men are broad/open minded this should not be a major issue.
If you still feel guilty, you may confide the truth in the fiancee and start your relationship afresh based on a foundation of truth.
regarding operation - there is a surgical procedure called Hymenoplasty which helps reconstruct the hymen.
