Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately, many scalp treatments for scalp psoriasis are messy and smelly. Most treatments will need to be used regularly for several weeks before a benefit is seen. You may ask your dermatologist for various treatment options like topical steroids, Ketoconazole coaltar shampoos, Calcipotriol, dithranol, phototherapy, medications, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
