General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Premarin cream is a combination of a synthetic estrogen with a progesterone.

It can be applied twice a week or in a cyclic regimen of 21 days on therapy, followed by 7 days off therapy, using a 0.5 g dose.

It increases the risk of breast cancer, but only when used for more than 10 years.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contappct me again.

Kind regards!
