Can Prolonged Intake Of Aspirin Affect Cologuard Test Results?

I had a colonoscopy about 10 years ago. One polyp was removed, sent to a lab and found it was not cancerous. About 10 years later (now), received results back from a Cologuard test which showed Positive.Have been taking aspirin for the last 7 years. Could that have any effect on the test. No symptoms currently(no blood in stools other than thinner stools as compared to not as thin several years ago . I am male and 70 years old. Thanks, Mike

It is plausible that aspirin use affects cologuard results. I consider it very unlikely that you have cancer.
