Can Potassium Pills Help To Cure Dizziness?

Good morning, I am female 68 years old and get weak and dizzy often when I am out shopping about after an hour. I believe I am low in potassium....I have also low blood sugar or hypoglecmia...I take metforman 1x a day but this other weakness - low potassium seems separate? I do have to go to the bathroom more than usual. Other wise I am in pretty good health--I try to drink more water-would potassium pills help? Thankyou for your comments

Low potassium does not usually cause dizziness. Most likely low potassium may cause leg cramps and palpitations of the heart. I would recommend you see your family physician to investigate other causes of feeling weak and dizzy.
