Can Poor Blood Circulation Or A Heart Disease Cause Pressure In The Groin Area While Sleeping?

When I almost fall asleep i have a pressure on my groin area and my leg will jump and I feel as if my breath is interrupted and it causes me to feel like my nerves are jittery or short circuting and like I stop breathing. . It concerns me that it could be heart related or blood flow.

Poor blood circulation to heart won't cause pressure in the groin area, it may be due to sleep terrors or in heart failure you may develop paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea . Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please consult your Cardiologist get it done echo cardiography and get treated accordingly.
