hi, I have had plantar faciitis for about a year now. I went to a orthotics doctor and he gave me insoles. My feet still hurt after walking for a few hours. Does plantar faciitis ever go away? I have heard that once you get it, you are stuck with it for the rest of your life.

I think it can be completely cured.I treat most of my planter fascitis patients by local triamcilone injection and analgesics with soft footwears.
