Can Over Masturbation Cause Scrotum Redness?
my testicle sack was red for the last 2-3 days, its kind of clearing up now, but i was wondering what was the cause of this. could it be that i was masturbating too much because i have been doing that like everyday or every other day for about a week or 2. so can u help me out?

Well , the lubricant you are using for masturbation might have sipped down and retained in a typical corrugated skin of the scrotum to cause the redness or you might have scratched in sleep unknowingly.
Since this is clearing , do not worry,
Wash with plain water twice a day and particularly after masturbation.
Do not apply anything locally.
This will heal on its own .

Since the skin of the scrotal sac is different than the skin of the rest of the body , it is easily irritated with the soaps and sweat and can have secondary infection so soon.
I would advise you the following.
Keep the scrotal skin clean with plain water and make it dry and ventilated .
Avid soaps and powders
Consult a Dermatologist if the problem persists or recurs.
