Can Oral Sex With Man Who Has Bronchitis Cause Sinus Infection?

Hi, I am pretty sure I have a sinus infection that really came to the worst in the last couple days but it didn t seem to develop until two days (wednesday of this week) after I gave oral to a man (unprotected) he said he was clean and didn t have any stds or anything, we also engaged in vaginal intercourse but I also had vaginal intercourse but no oral sex with someone two weeks prior to today. Basically what I m wondering is could my sinus infection have developed because I preformed oral on a man who is more well endowed than my usual partners or could it be an std of some sort because I have no symptoms of anything in my vaginal region. And I just found out that the man I preformed oral sex on has broncitis, could that be why I am sick?

Thank you for query.There are always a chance of getting respiratory infection when in close contact with any person.So even kiss and droplets from the person can spread the organisms to you.These might have precipitated infection in you like sinusitis.So these are not due to any STD.it is a respiratory mode of spread.
