Let me know that we are planning for another child. Since we are trying to conceive last 7/8 months... Then i checked my report & i have 45million sperm count & motility is 55% so can my wife get pregnant with this sperm count ?? & which exercise & food to increase sperm fast... ?

This is completely normal, as per WHO 15million sperm count & 40 % motility is normal. So your wife can be pregnant if other factors are OK. You should take fruits and vegetables. Also keep away from heat,chemical,smoking zones. Wear loose undergarments and keep your testes cooled by pressing them with wet towel for 5-10 minutes daily.
