Can My Daughter Take Nyquil With Acetaminophen For Mono?

daughter was diagnosed with mono. can she take nyquil with acetaminophen? Can she do light exercises, ie. swimming, walking. light weights? She feels fine. Just tired at night. She was exercising vigorously when the bloodwork came back and was shocked she had it.

Hi,
Yes, she can take both these drugs. However, NyQuil will make her sleepy as this is one of the uses of the medication at night. Gentle exercises are OK but she should take care not to over-exercise until she has completely recovered. If she gets unexpectedly tired, she should rest for some days until she feels well again. Always keep well hydrated with plenty of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
