Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dizziness may have several reasons but most common is vestibular dysfunction and Meniere's disease, but it may not be due to mitral leaf let stiffness, only if the disease is in severe conditions, as a dizziness have many causes it has to be looked for another causes and for that certain tests are there that needs to be done, last is functional elements that also plays the great role in dizziness so try to come out of this.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
