Can Milk Thistle Be Taken For Chronic Tinnitus?
I have chronic tinnitus and I ve found that milk thistle helps my tinnitus but only after being on a no preservative diet for two days first. it brings my symptoms down under half with no other symptoms. my question is this. what is the max dose I can take at one time, say once a month. thank you Dr. eric martin

Milk thistle does not provide any relief. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. As of now, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
