Can Melanoma Be Detected In Blood And Urine Test?

I have had two babies in two years and some of my moles have changed a lot. Would cancer or a melanoma been detected in any of the various blood and urine tests I had done while pregnant? I am 27, 5'5 and 245 lbs. I have never had any medical issues other than pregnancy.

Hi,
Suspicion of Melanoma occurs if there are following changes in the mole / moles
Sudden increase in size
itchiness
bleeding on touch
ulceration
The best way to confirm is Histopathological examination which can be done by Biopsying the lesion
