hi, thank you for putting up your query on HCM. as per your history, you have periorbital hyperpigmentation and meladerm cream has already been started for the same. my treatment advise would be: -- always apply broad spectrum sunscreen before stepping out. -- since you have already started meladerm cream, continue using it. it will take around 4-6 weeks to show results. -- you can also take diet rich in antioxidants like fresh fruits and vegetables like tomato, orange, pineapple etc or also tab vitamin c can be taken once daily.-- for itching, you may take tab levocetizine once aday at night. -- other options can be chemical peels like tca peel, hydroquinone cream. but these has to be started only after consulting a dermatologist. --also certain measures like proper sleep for 8 hrs a day will be helpful. hope, it helps. thank you.
