Can Medication Help In Curing Mosiac Chromosonal Abnormality?

my sister has hypomelanois of ito and is severley mentally and physically handicapped (33yrs) we have only just found out that this is a mosiac chromosonal abnormality. If genetics was as far on when she was a baby , could drugs have been given to help the condition?
