Can Medication For Gas Be Taken While On Treatment For High BP?

I have recently started menopause and in my entire life I have never had a problem with gas. I am so bothered by it, nervously more then physically, that i want to start taking a preventative. Can I take this type of medication if I have medically treated high blood pressure?

Hello dear!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
The period around menopause is associated with different symptoms and discomforts due to hormonal changes. That's a normal situation in most of the women and it needs some time for the symptoms to go away and your organism gets adapted with this new balance.
For the gas you can take orally tablets which contain simethicone (1 or 2 tablets during the meals), so they will help you to remove that discomfort. This drug has not known side effects, it won't affect your blood pressure.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
I would appreciate a lot if you rate as helpful my answer and write a short review about your experience with me.
