Can Medical Marijuana Be Used As Pain Medication For Nerve Pain?

my wife suffers nerve related pain do to a fractured spine that was determined inoperable. Due to kidney condition caused by her bladder she can t use pain medication not even A S A . Could she qualify to use medical marijuana , and how would she go about getting a perscription and and the drug.

She can use Tramadol. Please discuss this with her doctor. Also, what kidney condition does she have. Does she have retention of urine?
