Can Mangoes Be Eaten If Having High Triglycerides?

can-i-eat-mangoes-if-i-have-high-triglycerides? I can't believe I scored high 183 cholesterol 233, HDL 38, LDL 158.4. I hardly eat fat, and I have a sweet tooth but cut out since last year. Maybe twice a week a piece of cake (small) but daily I have a mango shake with low fat yogurt, banana and soy juice (low fat), a smoothie which I really enjoy, and since my lab tests came out today I'm not sure if I should start cutting that out.
