Can Lower Abdominal Pain Be Caused Due To Alcohol Consumption?
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic Excess alcohol use can cause pain in different areas of the abdomen particularly the stomach , pancreas and in some cases, the liver. It is also possible that the pain is not related to your alcohol use at all. If it continues, it would be best if you are seen by your doctor for assessment. This assessment would include history of this pain and any associated factors, examination and depending on the findings, investigations. Investigations may include bloods (complete blood count, esr, liver function, pancreatic enzymes) and imaging such as ultrasound. I hope this helps
