Can Low Hemoglobin Count Leads To Crohn's Disease And Back Pain?
I am a 52 year old female with Crohn's disease. I continue to have a low hemoglobin count of 10.0 to 11.0. Could this be caused solely by crohn's? I also have chronic low back pain and it get's worse after eating. Is this also associated with crohn's disease?

Yes your anemia and back pain associated with is due to Crohn's disease.
In Crohn's disease patient develops anemia because of low iron in blood caused by bloody stools that can be or can not be seen by naked eyes.
Lower Backache in Crohn' s disease can be due to an inflammation of the sacroiliac joint or sacriliacitis, in which pain running down your leg and also can be due to intestinal inflammation .
