Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It may be possible that you got injury to your ACL and PCL ligaments of your knee. For which probably you got ACL and PCL reconstruction surgery. Original ACL and PCL act as proprioreceptive (position sense). Your ligaments are reconstructed but position sense done not return in reconstructed ligaments. So your position sense is not normal that is why you are feeling numbness. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
