Can legal action against Hospital Admitted into a hospital with the complaint of severe chest pain

A person got his wife aged 49 admitted into a hospital with the complaint of severe chest pain . She died in about four hours. No ECG was taken though it was prescribed. She was sedated and yet she was made to walk through corridors to a washroom. There was no history of any prior heart complaint.

The difficulty you face is in the collaborative evidence. How many people can attest to your claims? Being a physician, I realize that with a death, everyone seeks to find fault. However with a malpractice suit, the burden of proof is in the hands of the it is your obligation to show that neglect, malfeasance or malpractice was committed. Both the hospital or doctors are held to be innocent until the contrary is shown.
