Hello,

In case of chronic kidney disease lead to platelet dysfunction lead to bleeding. Are suffering from bleeding per vagina or per rectum? It may be a dysentery or hemorrhoids or fissure in ano.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done stool examination and ultrasound abdomen. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
