Can Kidney Stones Cause Harm To Stomach?

Hellooo i am just 21 years old and i am having problems with my stomach i go to toilet like several times a day cant empty my bowel in first time also i have a kidney stone which is quite big about 20mm is this cause any damage to stomach or not ? Need help thanks
