Can Kidney Stones Cause Abdominal Pain, Fatigue, Nausea And Cramps?

Hello, I am requesting information for my Fiance, he currently has Kidney Stones two of them that are still in his kidney's, he's has a Urologist and it slotted to have them removed on Aug 13th, but he is experiencing severe abdominal pain, cramping, fatigue and neaseau. Could this be associated with the stones moving, or a sign of something else?

The symptom of kidney stones vary from no symptoms when the stone don’t move to significant symptom when it move at urinary tract, the symptoms are abdominal pain like cramps accompanied with nausea, vomiting, persistent need to urinate, pain on urination, red urine, the severe abdominal pain lead to fatigue, the kidney stones can complicated with infection this cause fever and chills.
Pain accompanied with nausea is a sign that she should remove them.
