Hello
Large multi-institutional have indicated that the risk of HIV transmission following SKIN PUNCTURE from a needle or a sharp object that was contaminated with blood from a person with documented HIV infection is ~0.3 % , after a mucous membrane it is 0.09% and on INTACT SKIN zero %( you come in this category ).
As you mentioned that few drops fell on you . immediately cleaned with sanitizerand also with alcohol ( very potent antiseptic ).
In my opinion ,there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you.
Don't take any type of tension.

hello
thanks for your query on HCM,
there is no possibility of transmission of STD by just touching the blood...
do be absolutely clear about it and wipe off your doubt...
if in case there is entry of blood into you, then there are chances of you getting infected...
but be careful the next time around to see to it that it does not get into your body by any means...
be calm..
wish you good health...
