Can Interferon And Ribavirin Or Overweight Cause Lower Back Pain?

lower back pain
I have been having lower back pain off and on for a couple of months now. I am a hairstylist and bend and stand a lot but only sometimes at work it hurts. sometimes when I'm not doing anything it hurts. it is not my back muscles. they feel fine. I am a female, 27 yrs old, 195 lbs, 5'4". I am currently on treatment for Hep c with interferon and ribavirin. I think its either bc I'm overweight and need EXCERSISE or its bc of all the meds I am on and its my kidneys. but I'm not a doctor. please help.
