Can Intake Of Lot Of Red Meat Causes Black Stools Or Bleeding Internally?

Hi, im 13 and i have had Black stools for about a day,im very worried as i have heard that it can be caused by bleeding internally, i get occasional cramping in the stomach about 30 minutes before needing the toilet, I have had no change in my diet apart from a lot of Red Meat, please tell me why this is?

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking to HCM, in your case the black color stool may not be due to internal GI bleeding but it seems to be due to diet only, second the constipation may be the cause of this, try to change the diet, have more vegetable diet, drink more water, have fiber containing diet and stop worrying, it is not he GI bleeding hope this information helps.
