I m a 20 year old female. Today I am experiencing bleeding from my peeing hole, and I am peeing blood as well. I m 200% sure that I m bleeding from the wrong hole. I don t feel the need to go to the toilet all the time, and it does not hurt when I pee. It just feels tender in the area. Bleeding is not stopping. Help? Ps. Factors that might be relevant: -Had too much to drink last night -unprotected sex last night -took an emergency contraceptive pill a week ago.

Hello,

You are experiencing bleeding from your peeing hole. It is tender and uncomfortable. You had unprotected sex and got had got drunken. You had taken emergency contraceptive pill. Your symptoms may be indicative of internal injury due to rough sexual activities or prolonged rubbing after penetration, blunt trauma or penetrating injury to the vagina or cervix.

Never go for unprotected intercourse, make sure that you are wet before penetrative sex. Avoid rough or weird sexual activity. Use vaginal lubricants and condoms /dental dams to be on the safer side. Medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are fluctuating hormone levels, random ovulatory cycles, ectopic pregnancy, cervicitis, cervical polyp, PID, PCOS, UTI, etc.

Emergency contraceptive pill is a one time use pill. If sexually active you should be on regular contraceptive pills/device to avoid pregnancy. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, if injury is detected, it will be managed. You will be given antibiotic and analgesics for faster healing. You can take acetaminophen, one stat when pain to get relief.

You should Get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) and STD tests done to detect the pathology causing the symptoms. You may have to get a few blood tests and imaging tests done. Stay away from addictions if any. Get treated at the earliest. Maintain your hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

It is possible that taking an emergency contraceptive pill can cause blood in urine, but it is not a common side effect. It is important to seek medical attention immediately, as blood in urine can indicate a serious underlying medical condition such as a urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or in rare cases, bladder or kidney cancer.

Drinking too much alcohol can also irritate the urinary tract and contribute to bleeding. Unprotected sex can increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), which can also cause bleeding in the urinary tract. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about all of these factors and get evaluated to determine the cause of the bleeding and receive appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
