Can Intake Of Meprate Induce Periods?

Hi doctor I dont have any problem like pcos,thyroid but i am experiencing irregular periods. Doctor told me to take meprate 10 mg for 5 days ( 25th - 30) every month to get periods. Also im trying to conceive. When will i get my periods after taking meprate ? And what if i get conceived in this cycle ? Its already been 53 days since my last period (nov - 4). Kindly advice.

Hello,

I think you should take meprate to regulate the cycle. You will get your period about 7 days after stopping it. Of course there is a possibility of being pregnant despite PCOS. There is no harm to the foetus if you take meprate while pregnant.
