Hi,

The medicines which you are taking i.e., Amlodipine which is used to control your blood pressure and Coreg is a medication used to treat high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and left ventricular dysfunction in people who are otherwise stable. Since you had an heart attack these medicines are quite useful in your case as they will keep your blood pressure in normal ranges. The heart capacity of 45 percent is a bit low as it normally is 50 to 75 percent but considering your age your heart will function fine with 45 percent too.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
