Can Insta Flex Reduce Pain After Running Due To Mendtius Tear?
66 years 5-7 175# mother had 4 knee replaces, brother 6 years younger 1 knee replace. mother s brother and sister each had knee replaces. been running mostevery year since 1956. have had 2x mendtius tears, one each knee. artho repair. this last year much pain after running. still able to run 100 meters in 15.6 seconds, last year was 15.1 best time. Will insta flex help? Any other good options?
