Can Inguinal Hernia Cause Pressure In Anal Area And Testicles?

Ok. First things first 7 or so months ago i started having shooting sensations (not pain specifically, just a sensation that something is happening that clearly shouldn t be) from the left testicle up towards the left kidney. This was a result of repeated strain on the left side of the abdomen from pushing and pulling things on the left side of the body. Many months later i was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, so i believe that that accounts for that side of things. However some time after that occured i also began to feel a pressure in the perineum. This was not specifically painful but i could feel that something in that area (including the muscle itself i believe) was larger during physical activity. At this point it took pretty much no effort to cause this swelling or feeling of pressure to occur. 6 months later or so I am now at a point where i cannot walk anywhere without this being aggravated and feeling discomfort in this area. It is very confusing because of the fact there is a hernia, which leads one to think that it a symptom of the same thing but i fail to see how it can be. Apart from the perineum feeling firmer and bigger (all of the time including at rest. I can feel it when im sitting down and sitting on a bike would be a definite no-no) the general prostate area feels bigger and sore too, or where i believe the prostate to be (behind the base of the penis and back a bit). A number of doctors have felt the muscle and they cannot detect anything unusual despite the fact i can feel that it is significantly different from what it should be. I did actually see a Urologist in September and he said that the prostate was not tender although when he poked it, it felt very sensitive. Perhaps he just poked it too hard? One potential cause of the problem i have considered is over-contraction of the perineum due to masturbation (including voluntary contraction of this muscle, frequently). Ejaculating certainly feels like it makes the problem worse but not significantly so. Also stopping this for even a week does not improve the problem either. The worrying thing is that any amount of walking makes this problem worse. Sitting down is not a problem. But any time i am standing i am aggrevating something somewhere in the anus/prostate/testicular area. I can also feel some pressure next to the anus (on the testicle side). What really made me concerned that this could be a prostate issue is that during sleep i had a typical sex dream leading to ejaculation, although in this case there was no semen involved (although it felt like there should have been), however each contraction hurt in the area mentioned (behind the penis/pelvic area) in a way that masturbation never does. It is clear from this that something is very wrong. Also i have noticed that there is a very very small amount of anal discharge if Im moving about some of the time. This does not happen all the time but a lot of the time when I ve been walking enough. It is small enough that it could be confused with sweat although I m sure it not because i don t normally sweat that much and it also smells of the mucus that has been discharged at various points in my life (not since childood), also the same colour. To add further to the confusion, there is no pain when urinating or doing anything else. No troubles functionally. If i drink water then that does cause frequent urination and especially so at night however this is not a recent thing and has occurred for years now so don t believe there is any direct connection. The problem here is that despite how much of a problem this is and the fact i have seen a doctor on several occasions, no one is able to tell me anything is wrong when there is very clearly something wrong. If they could just see inside then they would know that but with nothing found on physical examination nothing is going to be done about it.
