Can Infant Formula Be Mixed With Cerelac?

My baby is 6.5 month old. I am feeding rice n daal mixed with potatoes n carrots. He doesnt like it much. Im giving him rice cerelac too. My ques is do i hav to mix cerelac with formula? And how times can i feed him cerelac, and how many spoons per day? I also want to ask the maximum amount of water that can be given to a baby a day

Hello there! Thank you for writing us here.
To a little child, I would suggest bananas would be best. Little bits of banana would do good. Also because no teeth would be in the mouth of the little angel, I don't think carrots should be given right now. Mashed potatoes would be good as well and you know the wonder food for babies? Mother's milk! Yes they say minimum days that mother's milk is given is 6 months but you can continue it till a year or 18 months along with mashed food and easily digestible foods. Cerelac is good so along with mother's milk, you can provide with ceralac as well.
Because the digestive system of a little child is not well developed, I would suggest that daal and other cereals should be given around 1 year. God bless the little angel and give the best health. :)
