Can Impotency Be The Side Effects Of Being On Aztor Tablets?
Hello Doctor,My husband aged 47 healthy and fit follows a healthy diet ,is a teetotaler and regular exercise.He has been on Aztor 5 tabls from the last 3 yrs.From last one year he seemed to be impotent.Please advise if this is one of the sideffects of aztor.

In my opinion Statin therapy prescribed to lower cholesterol also appears to lower testosterone. The physical process of erection is vascular in nature. Anything that effects the vascular system can lead to erectile dysfunction
