I am 14 week of normal pregnency.dr pescribed duposton 10mg for 5 week,a to z tablet od,tripleacalcium tablet od,ferium xt ferrous 1 tab od .is it ok. can i use irorn,calcium subliment from amway && can i drink amway protin power.is it usefull during pregnency .plz help me out.

You can use iron,calcium and protein supplements from one brand alone.Do not take both the supplements of iron or calcium which is really unnecessary.
Watch for any allergies in the first few days of consumption.
