Dear chandrima,
Calosoft lotion contains Calamine and aloe vera and glycerine .
You can use it on daily for regular purpose.
Calamine gives moderate sunprotection.
However in winter season calamine will tend to dry skin.
You can use it in Summers and sunny days.
