Can i use buscopan for severe sharp pain in right pelvic area?pain resembles kidney stone pain.I am an indian male 44yrs mass 55kg.I suffer from severe pain in all joints for 2 yrs and am being treated by a chiropracht employing the B.E.S.T technique with slow progress.the kidney stone pain presented a few days ago.

It is safe to use Buscopan in this case. Although, if the pain is not relieved by this drug, I would recommend taking also diclofenac or Indomethacin.
