Can I Try Again Duphaston Or Clomid For Infertility?

Hi.. i m 29 year old... But didnot concieve... My periods were irregular nd my follicle is 12 mm at day 16...my doctor recomended me duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days.. after 6 days of taking 10 days duphaston tablet my periods are going to regular.. but i still face infertiliy...nd didnot concieve yet...nd i noticed that after taking duphaston my weight is gain... Can i try again duphaston or clomid???

The size of follicle should be around 19 mm to 20 mm on day 14-15 at least to rupture and endometrium thickness must be around 11 mm to conceive.
The follicle size in your case was ( dominant follicle ) 12 mm on day 16 , so NO CHANCE of any pregnancy in this month.
Your doctor advise you duphastone 10 mg ( dydrogesterone ) twice in a day for 10 days and bleeding occurs .
No conception .
Question;
Duphastone or clomid ( clomrfene ) .

Each doctor has own experience , so your treating doctor will advise you about these drugs i.e. which drug is the best for you.
Clomid contains clomifene which stimulates ovaries to enlarge follicles so that can rupture and become fruitful in fertilization.
In my opinion consult another INFERTILITY SPECIALIST and get his opinion ( 2nd one ).
