Can I Take 2 Pills Of Azor 5/20 In The Morning With A Pressure Of 160/95?

Hello, a few years ago my doctor put me on azor 10/40 only stay on it for about a month. This year he gave some samples for azor 5/20mgs. 1 pill in the am, but by 6:00pm my pressure is up to about 160/95,question can I take 2 pills in the Am of azor 5/20 mgs. Thanks Tim

Azor has to be taken once daily whether it is 5/20 or 10/40. Irrespective of the tablet strength one has to take once daily, lower strength cannot be taken twice. The reason being dosage optimization, you can take twice what if one might forget to take. also cost factor, 20 mg might be cheaper than 10 mg.
