Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Marijuana is cannabis and during smoking the amount that get absorbed in system is not controlled and this may cause complications. Marijuana increases brain blood supply and this may increase the blood pressure which may increase the risk of development of new aneurysm and this may also cause rupture of aneurysm. So in my opinion you should not even think to smoke marijuana. If pain is very severe and is uncontrollable then you can consult a good doctor for proper evaluation and for prescription of medical marijuana in low doses or some other good pain killer. But don't smoke marijuana.

Hope this helps you. Thanks and Take care
