Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The cause of headache and other symptoms is side effect of drug prescribed for epilepsy. Such symptoms are common in patient who started recently on anti-epileptic drug.
Symptoms will subside in 4 to 6 weeks of treatment when the body gets a hang of the levels on drug. Dose must not be changed as any decrease in the drug level in body may trigger epileptic attack.
Wait for at least 6 weeks, if symptom doesn’t seem to improve consult the prescribing doctor.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
