Can I Give Ibugesic Again Before 8 Hours Have Elapsed?

hi, my daughter (aged 5 years) has chest congestion + fever. Doctor has prescribed 10 ml of Ibugesic after every 8 hrs if temp goes over 100F. We have given her ibugesic in the afternoon. but now before 8 hrs could elapse, the temperature has gone above 100F again. Can we give ibugesic again before 8 hrs have elapsed?
