Can I Get HIV If I Kiss Some One With Bleeding Gum ?
i meet a girl who had sexual relation with her boyfriend 4 months before and i kissed that girl 3 weeks before and i had slightly bleeding gum problem but i don t know her dental status so i doubted her and i took her for HIV test and result was negative does it mean that i am safe please help me i am really worried

hi from the above history it is a very remote possibility of transmission through kissing unless both have some focus of bleed in the oral cavity and each others blood comes in contact with the area that is bleeding ,this all for active bleed.if your result is negative nothing to worry .ELISA is very specific test for hiv
